Director of Product, Agentic Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product strategy and implementation for the agentic commerce portfolio.

• Lead a dynamic team of product managers who excel in their roles.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Design teams to deliver top-notch AI features.

• Work alongside Retail and Partnerships teams to commercialize agentic solutions effectively.

• Foster cross-organizational alignment with senior leadership.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• A proven history of developing successful consumer products at scale.

• Strong technical knowledge related to ML- and AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across multiple quarters and successfully launch new products.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in defining and driving business outcomes through metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
