β’ Mentor, support, and challenge managers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
β’ Foster cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product priorities.
β’ Represent North America Product Specialists in executive meetings, serving as a key advisor to the global head.
β’ Ensure operational stability, trust, and continuity for front-line management during times of growth and transformation.
β’ Over 10 years of experience, including management of personnel within a technology or SaaS environment.
β’ Background as a second-line leader within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team.
β’ Proven experience in mentoring and developing leaders across various organizational levels.
β’ Outstanding executive communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Strong collaborative skills with experience in navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments.
β’ Proficiency in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture.
β’ Documented success in driving business results in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
