This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide guidance to physician candidates and clients.
• Identify and evaluate physicians by establishing a connection through phone calls and emails.
• Highlight opportunity features, share salary details, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Effectively convey opportunity information and address inquiries.
• Lead efforts in Physician Marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the recruiting process.
• Investigate and address client concerns.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer recommendations to clients to facilitate a successful search.
• Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
• Consultative sales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
