This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Influence the employee experience at Camelback Ventures.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to oversee organizational transformation.

• Develop frameworks to address cultural dimensions.

• Create onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Manage daily people operations.

• Oversee core people systems and performance management tools.

• Lead fair and equitable hiring processes.

• Act as a custodian of organizational culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in people operations or HR.

• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive people operations.

• Experience in ensuring multi-state compliance.

• Equity-focused practices integrated into people-related decisions.

• Knowledge of industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Rippling and Employee Navigator.
