This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of and achieve a new-business sponsorship goal exceeding $1M annually.
β’ Develop and oversee a pipeline of brand and agency partnerships.
β’ Identify, pitch, negotiate, and finalize new sponsorship agreements.
β’ Create integrated partnerships across events, product offerings, and studio channels.
β’ Discover new categories and potential revenue streams.
β’ Collaborate with Events, Product, Studios, Marketing, and Finance teams.
β’ Ensure seamless transition of all deals to execution teams.
β’ Maintain precise tracking of pipeline activities and forecasting.
β’ 7β10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing new business and achieving revenue goals.
β’ Experience in selling integrated partnerships, including events, experiential, media, or product.
β’ Exceptional skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
β’ Capability to independently build and manage a comprehensive pipeline.
β’ Strong ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
β’ Preferred: Background in endurance, fitness, or experiential sectors.
β’ Existing relationships with brands or agencies.
β’ A genuine passion for fitness, community engagement, or the Ragnar experience.
β’ Variable Compensation (at target): $85,000 β $115,000.
β’ Commission and bonuses directly linked to new-business revenue.
β’ Accelerators available for performance exceeding quota.
