This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage the execution of partnership sales strategies aimed at enhancing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure impactful partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate intricate partner agreements and revenue-sharing frameworks.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partners.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-achieving partnerships team.
• Develop and implement strategies for partner enablement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and initiate joint campaigns.
• Set and monitor clear KPIs to assess partner performance.
• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships or a combination of partnerships and sales experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating partner agreements and driving revenue through channel partnerships.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS sales cycles and co-selling strategies.
• Experience in building and managing partnerships teams.
• Strategic Selling: Possesses a deep understanding of complex SaaS sales cycles and promotes partner co-selling.
• Contract Negotiation: Proficient in structuring and negotiating partner agreements.
• Partnership Development: Capable of identifying, assessing, and securing new partnerships.
• Revenue Accountability: Responsible for achieving targets related to partner revenue.
• Team Leadership and Coaching: Develops and nurtures a partnerships team to achieve results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal departments to implement programs.
• Analytical Insight: Utilizes data to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
