This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the daily management of Meta Ads accounts across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create, launch, oversee, and enhance paid social campaigns.
• Keep track of budget pacing, bidding strategies, and campaign outcomes.
• Handle learning-phase optimization and implement data-driven modifications.
• Execute audience strategies utilizing Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and exclusions.
• Oversee Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Catalog Sales campaigns, and Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).
• Assist in catalog and DPA setup, segmentation, and continuous optimization.
• Conduct Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) event quality checks.
• Compose ad copy and campaign messaging, with final approval from leadership on new positioning.
• Carry out ongoing competitive analysis via Meta Ad Library.
• Manage TikTok Ads campaigns if included in the scope.
• Formulate creative testing hypotheses.
• Produce comprehensive creative briefs based on performance data and customer insights.
• Maintain a consistent creative testing schedule.
• Monitor test outcomes and document successes, failures, and lessons learned.
• Refine successful creative concepts and identify scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative and client teams to enhance ad performance.
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes, DTC paid social best practices, and evolving measurement standards.
• Ensure daily availability on Slack during Australian business hours.
• Adhere to a same-day response standard for client inquiries.
• Lead written communication with the client team regarding Meta-specific topics, including performance inquiries, creative requests, and account modifications.
• Participate in weekly client calls and guide the Meta section of the agenda.
• Contribute to bi-weekly reporting presentations and articulate the Meta performance segment during calls.
• Convey performance insights clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Escalate strategic, scope, or commercial inquiries to leadership instead of providing direct answers.
• Over 5 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• At least 2 years of experience managing advertising accounts with monthly expenditures exceeding $200,000 USD.
• Proven success in scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
• Experience with apparel or fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Catalog Sales, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), Pixel implementation, and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Strong comprehension of iOS 14+ attribution, modeled conversions, and contemporary Meta measurement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate directly with Australian and U.S. executives in meetings, Slack, and written reports.
• Availability to work full-time during Australian business hours (AEST).
• A true director-level mindset, capable of taking ownership of the Meta channel and operating autonomously.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience leading meetings, presenting results, and building trusted client relationships.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, solve problems, and make informed execution decisions while appropriately escalating strategic or commercial discussions.
• Experience working directly with clients in Western countries, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada, rather than only supporting offshore delivery teams.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous optimization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing TikTok Ads.
• Background in a performance marketing agency environment.
• Experience supporting multiple DTC brands simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on performance-driven ad concepts.
