This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the daily management of Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube as applicable.
• Create, develop, and consistently enhance Google Ads account structures.
• Manage keyword strategies, analyze search queries, and uphold negative keyword discipline.
• Construct and optimize Performance Max campaigns, focusing on asset group structure, audience signals, and exclusion strategies.
• Monitor Shopping feeds and deliver clear optimization suggestions.
• Handle bidding strategies, budget pacing, and campaign efficiency.
• Draft ad copy and asset variations, with final approval from leadership on new positioning.
• Track GA4 conversions and investigate any discrepancies in tracking.
• Spot performance opportunities through data analysis and ongoing campaign evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social team to share cross-channel insights and enhance overall performance.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and identify ways to enhance ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, and account efficacy.
• Refine campaign structures based on business objectives, product performance, customer intent, and historical data.
• Maintain rigorous discipline around search query reviews, keyword expansion, and negative keyword management.
• Enhance Performance Max results through asset testing, feed insights, audience signals, and campaign segmentation.
• Monitor conversion tracking accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies among Google Ads, GA4, and other reporting platforms.
• Stay updated on Google Ads platform enhancements, Performance Max best practices, Shopping optimization, and contemporary DTC paid search strategies.
• Maintain daily availability on Slack during Australian business hours.
• Adhere to a same-day response standard for client inquiries.
• Lead written communications with the client team on paid search matters, including performance inquiries, campaign adjustments, feed recommendations, and account updates.
• Participate in weekly client calls and lead discussions on paid search topics.
• Contribute to bi-weekly reporting presentations and present the paid search performance section during calls.
• Communicate insights clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Escalate strategic, scope, or commercial inquiries to leadership instead of addressing them directly.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• More than 2 years of experience managing advertising accounts with monthly expenditures exceeding $100,000 USD.
• Proven success in scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
• Experience with apparel or fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, encompassing Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• Recent fluency in Performance Max, including best practices post-2024.
• Strong experience in optimizing Shopping feeds.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, including custom conversions, audiences, exploration reports, and conversion tracking.
• Solid understanding of attribution, tracking discrepancies, modeled conversions, and contemporary paid search measurement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the confidence to interact directly with Australian and U.S. executives in meetings, Slack, and written reports.
• Ability to work full-time during Australian business hours (AEST).
• A director-level mindset, capable of taking ownership of the paid search channel and working autonomously.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience in leading meetings, presenting results, and building trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, resolve issues, and make informed decisions while appropriately escalating strategic or commercial discussions.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients in Western regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada, rather than solely supporting offshore teams.
