This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities within the chain store segment, pinpointing potential clients and implementing strategies to secure contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create focused sales and promotional strategies that highlight the unique selling propositions of BT.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key accounts in the national chain store sector.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each key account's operations and utilize this knowledge to formulate customized strategies that promote sales and partnership development.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with key accounts, ensuring that terms are advantageous and align with the company's objectives and standards.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences within BT’s product domain.
• Adjust sales strategies in response to market fluctuations and emerging opportunities to sustain and enhance market share.
• Act as the primary representative and advocate for our products in all dealings with key accounts.
• Establish, track, and evaluate performance metrics for key accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, DSDs, and supply chain, to ensure the effective execution of account strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. *A Master’s degree or specific industry certifications are preferred.*
• Over 8 years of professional experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in leading key/national account relationships with direct responsibility for managing HQ relationships.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets, with a history of effectively working with similar key accounts and driving business growth.
• Experience in consultative sales, with the capability to formulate value propositions; adept at developing relationships from C-suite executives to factory staff.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities.
