This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the advertising budget distribution, TACOS/ROAS objectives, and contribution margin results across Resident and Ashley, converting overall sales and profitability targets into channel-specific plans.
• Establish quarterly and monthly objectives by portfolio and ensure Ad Managers are held responsible for achieving them.
• Create a cohesive advertising strategy that encompasses search, DSP, Fire TV, and new Amazon ad offerings, complete with a clear framework for assessing each against business goals.
• Oversee and cultivate a team of Ad Managers, each responsible for a designated brand/category portfolio with full budget and performance accountability.
• Develop the specialist/execution tier beneath the manager level, incorporating offshore resources and AI-enhanced campaign management as the team grows with global market expansion.
• Collaborate with the data and technology team to establish a premier advertising measurement capability, including AMC implementation as a clean room for accurate attribution across DSP, Fire TV, and Amazon search.
• Engage directly with the VP/GM of Amazon to ensure the advertising strategy aligns with overall channel sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Present advertising performance in executive reports; contextualize results in terms of revenue, contribution margin impact, and performance relative to plan.
• Over 6 years of experience in Amazon advertising, including direct management of extensive, multi-brand catalogs.
• Proven track record in managing and developing advertising teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon search (SP, SB, SD), DSP, and AMC, with the capability to evaluate them collectively rather than in isolation.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in creating budget models, assessing incrementality, and converting performance data into business strategies.
• Experience managing advertising across multiple businesses or brand portfolios at the same time.
• Ability to utilize AI tools to significantly enhance team productivity and decision-making quality.
• Willingness and ability to participate in in-person meetings.
