This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of our go-to-market strategy and propel Data X-Ray’s growth into its next phase.
• Supervise one direct report with opportunities for expansion.
• Define and enhance Data X-Ray’s positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative across data security, data governance, and AI agent enablement use cases.
• Manage go-to-market materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, case studies, and website content.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competitive landscape and equip sales with differentiated, high-conviction positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and solutions engineering to assist in complex enterprise deal cycles with tailored materials.
• Lead the launch strategy for new product capabilities and integrations.
• Oversee the demand generation strategy and execution, creating direct lead flow across multiple channels.
• Project-manage agency relationships across paid, SEO, events, and content, ensuring partners are held accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
• Transition fractional marketing support into scalable, routine processes.
• Measure and report on pipeline contributions, working closely with HubSpot to track performance and attribution.
• Contribute to defining the playbook for scaling the marketing function as Data X-Ray expands.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong product marketing expertise — ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for senior enterprise buyers.
• Domain experience in data governance, data security, or cybersecurity is highly preferred; credibility in discussions with a CISO or Chief Data Officer is essential.
• Proven experience managing demand generation through external agencies — adept at setting direction, evaluating creative efforts, and driving accountability.
• Comfortable in a high-ownership, scaling environment where you shape the agenda as much as you execute it.
• Strong project management skills: capable of managing agencies, fractional resources, internal stakeholders, and personal deliverables concurrently.
• Experience with Monday and HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to craft a sharp one-pager and present to an enterprise customer within the same week.
• Nice to have: Experience in marketing to regulated industries such as financial services, government, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with federal or public sector go-to-market strategies.
• Previous experience at a company transitioning from growth-stage to enterprise.
