
Director of Integrated Clinical Service Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute and oversee the daily operational model of the service line.
• Manage scheduling and capacity planning to optimize workforce productivity and balance workload.
• Utilize data analytics for root cause analysis, strategy development, and implementing interventions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Create and maintain in-depth dashboards to monitor service line KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist in the administration of the integrated clinical services budget, focusing on reducing the unit cost per engaged member.
• Convert organizational growth strategies into effective staffing models, implementation plans, and operational readiness protocols.
• Aid in preparing executive presentations and detailed performance reports for health insurance contracts.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to operationalize and implement cohesive, evidence-based behavioral health service models.
• Develop scalable and standardized care delivery playbooks across pharmacy, behavioral health, and nursing sectors.
• Establish solid operational strategies to ensure accurate clinical documentation measurement and support.
• Transform broader company strategic plans into detailed quarterly operational roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, healthcare delivery, or clinic management.
• Proven ability to execute and manage daily operating models, including capacity utilization, schedule planning, and aligning provider supply with patient demand.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting root cause analyses and using data dashboards to monitor and enhance service line KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience in creating scalable, standardized clinical workflows or operational playbooks to ensure effective cross-team coordination and safety.
• Background in strategic project management with the capability to translate high-level company strategies into detailed quarterly operational roadmaps and actionable task lists for execution teams.
• Experience in monitoring departmental budgets, tracking unit economics (e.g., cost per engaged member), and converting organizational growth objectives into functional staffing models.
• Demonstrated experience using scheduling, CRM, and EHR platforms alongside standard data tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Proven capacity to collaborate closely with clinical leaders to operationalize care models while working in tandem with technical teams (product, engineering, data science) to establish performance cadence.
