Regional Clinical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with providers in the designated territory to educate and provide support to all healthcare professionals.

• Track the key performance indicators (KPIs) for all providers within their assigned areas and assist them in achieving benchmarks and objectives.

• Conduct weekly and monthly fellowship meetings.

• Facilitate effective communication between operations and medical staff.

• Partner with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and Human Resources on team-related HR issues.

• Address any individual or team performance shortcomings.

• Engage in the interview process for all providers in the designated region.

• At least one year of prior leadership experience within the healthcare sector.

• Strongly preferred experience in quality initiatives.

• Excellent patient care skills and knowledge.

• Capable of working independently while evaluating and managing patients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service.

• Proficient in “Crucial Conversation” techniques.
