This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a JLL Healthcare Physical Environment specialist.
• Provide tailored compliance and accreditation support services to hospitals and healthcare providers across the country.
• Offer both remote and on-site expertise to assist healthcare organizations in their accreditation journeys.
• Lead extensive compliance program engagement for hospital clients.
• Deliver expert consulting services to healthcare organizations as they navigate Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough facility assessments with a focus on Physical Environment and Life Safety Code compliance.
• Create and present detailed compliance reports along with improvement recommendations to leadership teams.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with hospital executives and facility directors.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in an Engineering Discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare within Plant Operations and/or Facilities Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in personnel and team management.
• Familiarity with CMS and accrediting organizations such as the Joint Commission and NFPA codes.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong writing abilities.
• Required strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• A customer service orientation and excellent presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
