This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance ARMRA’s performance creative strategy across various acquisition channels.
• Construct and refine creative testing frameworks, hook-farm systems, and content production workflows.
• Create scalable playbooks for concept development, UGC sourcing, scripting, editing, post-production, and creative quality assurance.
• Foster creative innovation while ensuring alignment with ARMRA’s brand standards and scientific integrity.
• Develop tailored creative roadmaps specific to channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google/P-Max, Display, Audio, and new platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to enhance creative performance, scale expenditures efficiently, and meet CAC targets.
• Implement creative refresh strategies to mitigate fatigue and sustain performance at scale.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, including thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CAC, MER, and incremental ROAS.
• Evaluate creative performance and convert insights into actionable testing protocols and creative briefs.
• Spearhead creative experimentation initiatives, encompassing incrementality testing, audience testing, and messaging validation.
• Utilize data to pinpoint emerging opportunities and consistently enhance performance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Retention, Community, and Growth teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
• Convert complex, science-backed product benefits into engaging, consumer-friendly narratives that drive conversions.
• Assist in product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers.
• Guide and mentor creative talent, including designers, editors, creators, and external collaborators.
• Manage relationships with freelance creators, UGC talent, production partners, and agencies.
• Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and quality standards for all creative contributors.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, creativity, experimentation, and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee the organization of creative assets, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.
• Assess and adopt new creative technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Continuously improve creative operations to elevate output quality, testing velocity, and team effectiveness.
• 7–10+ years of experience driving performance creative for a growth-stage DTC brand (preferably in CPG, wellness, or beauty).
• Proven history of scaling Meta/TikTok advertising spend while maintaining or reducing CAC.
• Flourish in rapid iteration—you've launched "concept → live ad" in under 72 hours more times than you can count.
• Able to communicate in both creative and quantitative terms—comfortable analyzing ROAS tables, lift-study error bars, and pixel diagnostics.
• Experienced people leader—proficient in hiring, coaching, and developing small in-house creative teams (designers, editors, producers) while also managing freelance and agency partners.
• Extensive network of UGC creators, editors, and motion designers available from day one.
• Proficient with relevant tools: Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, Northbeam/Rockerbox, Premiere/Final Cut, Figma/Canva, Airtable, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
• Operate with an ownership mentality—proactive, deadline-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.
