This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the yearly budgeting process and ongoing forecasts for all departments, creating dynamic financial models based on various scenarios that encompass revenue, workforce, and operating costs, while also maintaining long-term (3+ year) strategic financial models to facilitate growth planning and investment choices.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership as a trusted financial advisor, offering insights on forecasting, capital distribution, strategic trade-offs, and overall business performance.
• Compile board-ready reporting packages, investor presentations, and performance evaluations, while analyzing SaaS KPIs and key business drivers to uncover risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create financial dashboards and decision-support tools for stakeholders, leading profitability, pricing, and ROI analyses for new products, markets, and strategic initiatives.
• Work with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of management reporting with GAAP financials and enhance financial transparency throughout the organization.
• Recognize and implement automation and process enhancements in forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting, while establishing a sustainable schedule for financial reviews, planning cycles, and business performance management.
• Over 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Demonstrated success in establishing FP&A functions from the ground up or expanding them within complex, multi-entity, multi-currency contexts.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics, including NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin, and payback periods.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities using Excel and/or financial planning tools (e.g., SAP BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, Mosaic, or similar).
• Experience working with C-level executives, coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong business acumen, capable of transitioning between strategic thinking and detailed analysis.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous settings.
• Prior experience in enhancing or implementing FP&A systems and financial infrastructure is highly regarded.
