This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the forecasting engine of the company, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Take ownership of the PE reporting package and collaborate with the CFO on reports for the board and lenders.
• Facilitate data mapping and alignment across ERP, HRIS, and the in-house claims management system to ensure precise consolidated reporting.
• Create and sustain a comprehensive KPI framework for both financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to provide actionable insights and business support.
• Direct scenario modeling for pricing, volume, margin, and headcount planning.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and long-term planning initiatives.
• Supervise the calculations for various sales and operations-focused bonus programs.
• Aid in the transition from Google Sheets to a modern finance technology stack, which includes Power BI, Excel, and future EPM tools.
• Develop scalable reporting processes and documentation to facilitate future growth and readiness for exit.
• An Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in healthcare services is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in private equity is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling are required.
• Proven ability to create structure in complex data environments.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure.
• Capability to challenge assumptions and respectfully influence decisions.
• Experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, encompassing model building, reporting, and forecasting.
• Understanding of ERP/HRIS integrations and financial data governance.
