Director of Foundation Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish transformative partnerships with foundations, successfully securing cash partnerships ranging from six to seven figures to achieve an annual target of approximately $7M+.

• Identify, qualify, nurture, and solicit leads for foundation relationships while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential donors.

• Draft grant proposals exceeding $100K, collaborating closely with various teams to secure funding for the organization’s mission.

• Prepare and deliver proposals to foundation decision-makers in external presentations.

• Collaborate with the SVP, Senior Manager, and others to develop, manage, and monitor the pipeline, as well as the revenue and expense budgets related to foundation partnership grant agreements.

• Create strategies for effectively positioning programs, projects, and funding requests to potential funders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

• 5-7 years of experience in foundation relations, grant writing, outreach, account management, and stewardship.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and research databases.

• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities.

• Proven experience in financial and budget management.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.

• Must pass a criminal background check (100/300/100 personal auto coverage).
