This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take ownership of Overjet's essential financial systems stack (NetSuite, Pigment, and Salesforce) as the main administrator, architect, and escalation contact across all three platforms.
• Streamline systems management that is currently spread among external contractors by building internal expertise and minimizing reliance on third parties.
• Enhance financial operations by identifying process inefficiencies, automating manual tasks, and improving data integrity within the finance stack.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, RevOps, and Engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable systems solutions.
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integrations from start to finish — including scoping, vendor management, testing, and rollout.
• Develop documentation, controls, and training materials to ensure that Overjet's financial systems are maintainable, auditable, and well-understood by the team.
• Support financial planning and reporting by ensuring accurate and reliable data flows between Pigment, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial systems, finance operations, or a related area — with substantial hands-on technical expertise, not merely oversight.
• Proven experience administering or implementing NetSuite (required); familiarity with Pigment and Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to consolidate systems management — decreasing contractor dependency, enhancing documentation, and establishing robust internal processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment where you have built systems infrastructure rather than just maintaining it.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
