This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide precise, audit-ready financial statements by the 20th of each month, ensuring complete account reconciliation with no significant errors.
• Create and manage a rolling 12-month cash forecast, updated weekly to guarantee optimal liquidity and transparency.
• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all divisions, maintaining a variance of ≤10% between predicted and actual outcomes.
• Develop automated systems and workflows that decrease manual reporting time by at least 25% within your first year.
• Collaborate with leadership to launch initiatives that enhance profitability and elevate EBITDA by 2 percentage points within your first 12 months.
• Formulate and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for closing, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting activities.
• Introduce new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing by the sixth month.
• Generate insightful financial dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that facilitate improved decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to synchronize growth, cash flow, and inventory planning.
• Assess technology solutions (ERP, reporting tools) to prepare the company for scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).
• Over 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience in implementing scalable systems and automations in expanding organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities; capable of simplifying complexity.
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail is preferred.
