Director of Financial Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities to guarantee financial stability and growth.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to facilitate internal reporting and support well-informed decision-making.

• Create, prepare, and deliver internal financial reports, which encompass line of business performance, profitability, and scorecards.

• Execute in-depth evaluations of merger and acquisition prospects to bolster strategic growth initiatives.

• Evaluate and manage interest rate risks to enhance financial outcomes amid fluctuating interest rates.

• Supervise and manage liquidity risks to assure sufficient cash flow and financial stability.

• Oversee, analyze, and trade the securities portfolio to fulfill liquidity and yield requirements within established parameters.

• Handle funding for balance sheet expansion, ensuring both short-term and long-term liquidity needs are satisfied.

• Monitor and advise on line of business utilization of back-to-back swaps, and manage the use of derivatives to protect the balance sheet from interest rate risk.

• Develop and sustain pricing models for loans and deposits to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).

• CPA or CFA certification is highly sought after.

• 7-10 years of experience in the banking or mortgage servicing sector is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, treasury, and risk management.

• Proven capability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
