Director of Enterprise Sales, Wealth, FIs & Brokerage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms.

• Cultivate long-term relationships while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to guarantee alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Provide insightful feedback from clients and prospects to guide product development and enhancements.

• Lead RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations with premier Enterprise clients.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase visibility and credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role.

• Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset sector is highly desired.

• A thorough understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.

• A robust network of institutional clients and a demonstrated ability to generate new business.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
