This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for the organization's overall performance, culture, and output.
• Manage the technical roadmap for Orchestration in collaboration with Product.
• Collaborate with the CTO to guide the evolution of the Orchestration domain.
• Maintain and elevate standards for security, reliability, and latency.
• Cultivate the engineering leaders within the Orchestration team.
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams through substantial growth or technical transformations.
• A solid track record of managing and developing engineering managers.
• Experience overseeing multi-team domains.
• Background in managing multi-tenant, high-scale, low-latency, and high-reliability systems.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver large-scale architectural changes while maintaining a production system.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions.
• Proficient in communicating with executive stakeholders.
