
Director of Employee Engagement, Culture and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for employee engagement and organizational culture that reflects company values.
• Oversee DEI strategies and initiatives aimed at improving the experience for both candidates and employees.
• Create and manage surveys, translating findings into actionable insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.
• Initiate recognition and wellness programs that foster a supportive and healthy work environment.
• Assist with HRIS projects, including reporting and enhancements to workflows (e.g., automation and digitization).
• Produce internal communications for HR programs and maintain resources on the intranet.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
• Proven ability to utilize data and narrative to drive transformation (including surveys, metrics, and dashboards).
• A strong partner to leadership with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required; proficiency in HRIS is essential, with preference given to candidates familiar with Paylocity and/or UKG.
