This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and oversee the daily operations of the Kitsch Shopify store, which includes site updates, product launches, and on-site merchandising.
• Manage both the front-end user experience and back-end operations to guarantee a consistently high-performing storefront.
• Collaborate with developers and agencies to facilitate site integrations, implement technical updates, and enhance the platform.
• Ensure impeccable execution of all promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events on the site.
• Direct the CRO roadmap with an emphasis on enhancing conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and checkout funnel efficiency.
• Plan, implement, and assess A/B tests across essential site pages to continuously enhance the customer journey.
• Detect and resolve UX/UI friction points that affect site performance and purchasing behavior.
• Manage the promotional and campaign calendar, ensuring that each initiative is executed meticulously and aligned with revenue targets.
• Evaluate site performance utilizing Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to reveal actionable insights.
• Share performance discoveries, test outcomes, and strategic suggestions with key stakeholders, including the CMO.
• Develop and uphold a consistent reporting schedule for eCommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Development teams to synchronize eCommerce strategies with broader business objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for all site-related inquiries across departments, efficiently triaging and prioritizing requests.
• Lead and mentor the eCommerce team, establishing clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards.
• Over 7 years of eCommerce experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a director or senior leadership capacity.
• Strong preference for experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer brands.
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, covering both front-end and back-end operations.
• Solid experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, UX/UI principles, and checkout optimization.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and site revenue.
• Experience in managing relationships with developers or agencies for site updates and technical integrations.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
