This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a global DevOps/CloudOps team, which includes recruitment, mentorship, and upholding top-tier standards.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product managers, engineering managers, and support teams to oversee applications and cloud environments on a global scale.
• Manage and apply DevOps/CloudOps principles and industry best practices.
• Develop operational models, plans, and roadmaps, delivering commitments within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Provide reports on quality, operational status, and system performance to executive management.
• Swiftly and decisively address customer-impacting issues.
• Oversee departmental resources, including staffing, tools, and automation efforts.
• Create metrics for cloud infrastructure and software components, along with monitoring dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity tests are conducted.
• Engage in SOC/ISO audits to ensure adherence to audit controls.
• Manage on-call rotations and support.
• A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in DevOps/CloudOps.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud environments, specifically with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and other similar DevOps/CloudOps tools.
• More than 7 years leading multiple Agile teams and programs.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• At least 5 years of experience driving full DevOps automation and automated software delivery practices.
• Experience in building and managing a DevOps/CloudOps team.
• Familiarity with implementing Cloud/SaaS and on-premise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud production operations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD automated pipelines.
• Capability to manage various product lines and adhere to tight release schedules.
• Solid technical vision and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• A strong desire to automate manual tasks.
• Highly effective planning and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to motivate individuals at all levels to embrace technical and operational visions.
• Dedication to addressing complex issues until resolution.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, iterative operational environment and adjust to evolving technologies.

• Competitive base salary range of $184,000.00–$231,000.00 per year.
