Director of Development – Membership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and communicate strategies for development, membership, sponsorship, and grants.

• Design and execute annual fundraising strategies.

• Supervise and implement stewardship initiatives aimed at improving donor retention.

• Build relationships with, solicit, and manage donors contributing $1,000 or more annually.

• Create strategies to secure substantial financial gifts.

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of major donors.

• Act as a liaison for existing and potential members.

• Organize and lead regular strategy meetings.

• Plan and carry out donor cultivation events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

• Agreement with and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith.

• At least three years of professional experience in development.

• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• A willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a small office environment.

• Capability and experience to successfully meet the responsibilities outlined.
