This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and develop a high-value portfolio of technology consulting client accounts, acting as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor.
• Create and implement account growth strategies that enhance pipeline, boost revenue, and strengthen client relationships across various service lines.
• Propel new business development through proactive client engagement, targeted outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Supervise the creation and presentation of complex proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior executives (C-suite, VP-level) within client organizations to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers and Client Services professionals, establishing performance expectations and facilitating career development.
• Work alongside practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery executives to align client needs with the organization's capabilities.
• Set and track account-level KPIs, pipeline targets, and revenue forecasts; provide updates to executive leadership.
• Act as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
• Participate in the development of firm-wide go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and client engagement frameworks.
• Represent the organization externally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client events.
• Over 11 years of progressive experience with a proven track record of success and knowledge.
• More than 6 years of experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams, ideally with international reach across various service types.
• At least 5 years of specialized or industry-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
