Director of Construction Cost Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of Cost Managers while delivering cost management services.

• Ensure exceptional service quality in both service delivery and client interactions.

• Perform research on current construction market trends.

• Create thought leadership reports that provide valuable insights into the construction industry.

• Manage the financial components of cost management to facilitate business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• More than 12 years of pertinent experience in cost management or quantity surveying.

• At least 2 years of experience leading high-performing cost management teams in a consulting setting.

• A proven history of delivering successful cost management services to clients.
