This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Market Expansion: Identify, engage, and finalize new contracts with HOAs and community bulk agreements in emerging or initial Blue Stream Fiber markets.
• Targeted Outreach: Focus on securing communities that currently do not have access to Blue Stream Fiber services, promoting new unit growth via bulk contracts.
• Community Awareness: Deliver presentations to HOA boards, developers, and property managers, highlighting the advantages of fiber-based bulk service models.
• Lead Generation: Establish and maintain a proactive sales pipeline through cold outreach, community networking, and participation in local events.
• Market Intelligence: Acquire insights regarding competitors, developers, and upcoming communities to pinpoint potential future opportunities.
• Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate effectively with construction, operations, and marketing teams to ensure synchronization between network deployment and new sales prospects.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor activities and performance indicators such as new contracts, total units signed, and deal cycle durations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HOA, property management, or telecom sales, showcasing proven success in developing new markets or territories.
• Strong hunter mentality—motivated by prospecting, fostering relationships, and closing new business deals.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for engaging with boards.
• Capability to work autonomously and excel in dynamic, early-stage growth settings.
