Director of Clinical Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership in the domain across all platforms for the Clinical Solutions service line.

• Oversee the enhancement and implementation of Clinical Solutions offerings.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical consultants and managers.

• Manage resource allocation across ongoing projects.

• Maintain responsibility for the quality of delivery and execution across all Clinical Solutions projects.

• Establish and track performance metrics related to delivery quality, consultant utilization, client satisfaction, and team well-being.

• Act as a trusted clinical advisor and primary domain contact for designated clients.

• Proactively identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate and partner with Client Success Partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related clinical discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in clinical operations, health IT consulting, or clinical informatics.

• More than 3 years of experience in people management or team leadership.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships.
