• Utilize Tangam software to enhance table spreads, slot product assortment, workforce allocation, and pricing strategies.

• Convert intricate gaming data into practical strategies for casino management.

• Perform comprehensive performance evaluations and workshops for executive stakeholders.

• Guide junior team members and contribute to industry-related case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in senior casino operations or with a gaming vendor.

• Extensive knowledge of Slots and Table Games Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Established history in labor scheduling, floor placement, and yield management.

• Skilled in transforming data into narratives using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.

• Must be eligible for international gaming licensure.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage.
