This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversees the department tasked with developing and delivering client reporting for the entire Clinical Program suite.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Care Management market landscape and client expectations regarding reporting.
• Crafts the report's value narrative, creates impactful visualizations, and generates the reports.
• Equips our account teams with the necessary tools to effectively deliver reports and, when required, presents findings directly to clients.
• Addresses custom client or internal inquiries by offering strategic recommendations or tailored reports based on data insights.
• Promotes collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data governance and compliance while encouraging continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.
• Approaches work with a customer-centric mindset.
• Over 10 years of experience in business strategy, technology strategy, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience within the healthcare sector.
• Certification as an Analytics Professional (CAP) is preferred.
• Proficient in execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to analytical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong ownership and growth mindset capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, comparable work experience may be considered.
