This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee capture management activities in collaboration with the company's leadership and the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership to pinpoint, prioritize, and pursue strategic growth avenues.
• Create, uphold, and implement thorough capture plans, timelines, and pursuit strategies.
• Lead pre-RFP positioning initiatives and assist with customer engagement efforts as required.
• Gather, analyze, and document intelligence on customers, competitors, procurement, and pricing with the help of program support analysts.
• Formulate and execute winning strategies, differentiators, and value propositions.
• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to capture.
• Facilitate the coordination of teaming agreements and strategic partnerships tailored to specific opportunities.
• Organize RFIs, Sources Sought responses, market research efforts, and industry engagements in collaboration with program support analysts, business units, and corporate leadership.
• Deliver opportunity assessments and investment recommendations during executive review sessions.
• Aid in the planning, development, review, production, and submission of complex federal proposals.
• Ensure that proposal content is compliant, compelling, customer-focused, and meets solicitation requirements.
• Implement process enhancements and AI-driven proposal development tools.
• Provide executive updates on pipeline status, capture progress, and win rates.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in federal government business development, capture management, proposal management, or growth leadership.
• Proven success in leading capture and proposal initiatives for opportunities valued at $100 million or more.
• Experience in supporting GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and standalone contracts.
• A minimum of 7 years of management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, source selection processes, and proposal best practices.
• Demonstrated history of recent contract wins.
• Experience in managing B&P investments, pursuit budgets, and resource planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proposal tools, CRM systems, and generative AI technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
