This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process: prospecting, qualifying, conducting discovery, designing solutions, negotiating, and finalizing new business.
• Cultivate and expand senior-level relationships within clinical operations, digital health, and patient recruitment teams.
• Market ProofPilot’s core offerings as cohesive integrated solutions.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales or business development within the life sciences sector.
• 5+ years of experience selling clinical technology or patient/site engagement solutions to pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, communication, and presentations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools.
