This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and uphold the standards for desirable geographies
• Create and update a data-informed perspective on key markets
• Consistently refresh and prioritize high-impact geographies
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment
• Build and sustain a proprietary pipeline
• Convert strategy into practical target lists
• Spend time in the market refining target lists; augment with desktop research, competitive intelligence, and input from operators
• Manage incoming opportunities and expedite “go/no go” decision-making in relation to GHG’s strategy and priorities
• Directly engage with high-potential companies when appropriate
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with brokers and bankers
• Oversee deal structuring and LOI formulation (with final approval from CEO and CFO)
• Coordinate due diligence across various functions and third parties
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration
• MBA is highly preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the healthcare industry (preferably in home health and hospice)
• Experience in deal sourcing and execution
• Strong financial acumen and strategic capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt styles based on the audience
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to foster trust and build relationships
• Willingness to travel (up to one to two weeks per month)
