This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and proactive cold calls and emails.
• Revitalize and enhance growth prospects for both dormant and existing customers.
• Comprehend customer needs and requirements to align them with the suitable products in our expanding offerings.
• Collaborate closely with management, internal team members, external sales, and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with customers by delivering support, information, and guidance.
• Conduct research and offer recommendations on innovative solutions.
• Suggest enhancements for profits and services.
• Generate quotes for customers.
• Verify the accuracy of sales orders.
• Input all new registrations into the CRM along with related opportunities.
• Develop and maintain precise sales forecasts, data collection, and reports for daily CRM usage covering all contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and benchmarking best practices.
• Participate in trade shows to broaden territory networking and growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales.
• An Associate's degree may be considered with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with a focus on a technical product line, ideally within cellular data communications.
• Self-motivated individual with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong technical background and aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.
• Must hold product certification with demonstrable expertise.
• Proven success in the sales arena working alongside OEMs.
• Proficient in developing and sustaining client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet established deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Required PC and basic networking skills, along with extensive knowledge of CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a team to reach objectives.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, quality work, and service excellence.
