This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives for the company.
• Conduct all initial and discovery calls with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy sessions and deliver pitch presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from the first contact to closure, addressing objections, following up, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Manage and implement internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create and execute a broader marketing strategy that encompasses content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company's brand to attract larger, more established clients.
• Produce or oversee the production of marketing materials, including advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Approach brand strategy holistically, understanding advertising within a larger growth framework.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B closing (excluding appointment setting or lead qualification roles).
• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle lasting approximately 2 to 6 weeks aimed at SMB or mid-market clients.
• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a strong understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) with capabilities in pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable functioning as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Residing in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (with an OTE of approximately $150,000).
