Director of BPO – Contact Center Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a detailed go-to-market strategy for BPO and Contact Center services driven by NextGen technologies.

• Oversee the complete cycle of enterprise sales initiatives, from prospecting through contract negotiation to closing.

• Identify and rank target markets, sectors, and accounts to foster long-term revenue expansion.

• Take ownership of and surpass quarterly and yearly bookings, revenue, and margin objectives.

• Develop, manage, and project a high-quality pipeline of enterprise BPO opportunities.

• Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with key enterprise decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.

• Collaborate with Solution Design, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to develop scalable, customer-focused outsourcing solutions.

• Stay informed about industry trends in BPO, customer experience management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in BPO, contact center outsourcing, CX solutions, or digital transformation services.

• Demonstrated success in closing significant, multi-year enterprise outsourcing contracts ($5M+).

• Strong comprehension of contact center operations, omnichannel technologies, automation/AI platforms, and CX best practices.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and skills in building relationships at the executive level.

• Established network of contacts within leading BPOs (Alorica, Concentrix, Sitel, Cognizant, Accenture, Teleperformance, TCS, Conduent, CGI).

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in solution development and proposal creation.
