Director of AI Strategy and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate Analytics and AI strategy projects

• Act as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders

• Assist clients in conducting structured evaluations of their current analytics and AI maturity

• Facilitate executive workshops, briefings, and sessions for stakeholder alignment

• Supervise the creation of strategy deliverables

• Mentor and develop consultants, engagement managers, and other team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a quantitative discipline is preferred

• Over 7 years of experience in analytics, data, digital, or AI strategy positions, preferably in a client-facing consulting role

• More than 5 years of experience in leadership positions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and value-driven mindset

• Demonstrated ability to lead business development initiatives
