• Lead extensive and intricate Analytics and AI strategy projects for major clients, encompassing multiple workstreams that cover enterprise strategy, operating model design, governance, roadmap creation, and value realization.
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders regarding enterprise Analytics and AI priorities, investments, transformation strategies, governance, and organizational adoption to enhance strategic accounts.
• Assist clients in conducting structured evaluations of their current analytics and AI maturity across people, processes, technology, governance, and readiness for scaling.
• Facilitate executive workshops, briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions that promote decision-making, clarity, and consensus across complex client organizations.
• Supervise the creation of strategic deliverables, including roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, business cases, use-case prioritization models, and transformation plans.
• Collaborate with decision science, engineering, and platform teams to ensure that strategy recommendations are aligned with enterprise realities, delivery limitations, and long-term client goals.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposals, solution development, strategic client engagements, offering creation, and go-to-market strategies that foster practice growth.
• Mentor and develop consultants, engagement managers, and other team members by providing leadership, feedback, and exemplary client service, strategic thinking, and executive communication.
• Create new solutions/offerings, market-facing perspectives, and intellectual property related to Data Strategy, AI Strategy, and enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a quantitative field is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in analytics, data, digital, or AI strategy roles, ideally within a client-facing consulting environment.
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership positions, including managing teams, major workstreams, complex client engagements, or practice-level initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence executive stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly, concisely, and credibly.
• Strong analytical and value-driven mindset, with experience in developing business cases, ROI narratives, investment recommendations, and outcome-based strategies.
• Proven track record in leading business development activities such as proposals, solution development, offering creation, strategic pursuits, and account growth initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities, limitations, and implications for enterprises, without needing hands-on experience in building models, pipelines, or MLOps frameworks.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams while aligning business, technical, and executive stakeholders around shared strategic priorities and measurable outcomes, enhancing the quality and consistency of practice delivery.
• Previous exposure to organizational change, operating model design, governance, or enterprise transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with modern data platforms and tools, such as Anthropic’s Claude Suite, OpenAI, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with a functional understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
