This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, construct, secure, test, and deploy comprehensive agentic AI solutions, encompassing production code and orchestration layers.
• Recognize and prioritize opportunities for AI automation throughout supplier onboarding, clinician activation, sales, finance, and support functions.
• Take ownership of and sequence the AI automation roadmap during transformation initiatives.
• Directly oversee a team of 2–4 engineers while actively participating as a player-coach.
• Engage in discovery sessions with internal teams, map workflows, pinpoint high-impact intervention points, and develop AI-centric processes.
• Shape company-wide decisions regarding models, orchestration frameworks, agent toolkits, and workflow platforms.
• Empower business teams to sustain deployed systems and assess impact through enhanced throughput and leverage.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, including system design, deployment, APIs, data flow, and the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Capability to write and deploy production-level code, rather than merely prompts.
• Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, LLM orchestration, voice-agent infrastructure, MCP, and multi-agent coordination.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in personally developing and deploying AI-driven systems that yield measurable operational, throughput, or efficiency improvements.
• Ability to rapidly deliver significant systems using contemporary AI coding tools.
• Proficiency in conveying technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, identifying underlying constraints, and converting feedback into precise technical specifications.
• Background in building and leading small, high-performing technical teams.
• Competence in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing engineers while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in machine learning and business transformation/change-management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the course of employment.
