Director of AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design AI-Native Workflows (and Growth Infrastructure): Pinpoint high-impact opportunities where AI can reduce human friction.

• Accelerate Experimentation Velocity by 100x: Transition from a 4–8 week manual testing cycle to an automated system where AI identifies anomalies, formulates hypotheses, and implements signal-triggered experiments independently by Day 90.

• Scale Successful Patterns: Transform effective experiments into "AI Enablement in a Box" toolkits, mobilizing a network of AI Champions across all departments, from Finance to Customer Success, ensuring that Growth's experimentation ethos becomes the foundation of the company's operations.

• Bridge the Product Divide: Partner with Engineering to conduct growth experiments directly on AI-native platforms.

• Take Ownership of the Stack: Assess and streamline our AI and MarTech tools to guarantee optimal speed and eliminate coordination overhead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6-10+ years of experience in Growth, MarTech, or Product.

• Deep understanding of the funnel and lifecycle, with fluency in "API" and "Architecture" to effectively communicate with engineers.

• Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS setting.

• Essential requirement: you have not only utilized AI tools but have also deployed an AI agent, automation, or AI-native workflow that is actively in production.

• Conduct thorough A/B testing programs and possess a strong grasp of statistical significance, ICE prioritization, and the design of tests that yield reliable, attributable data.

• Your instinct is to create prototypes rather than presentations.

• Proficient in prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks (such as n8n, Zapier AI, etc.), and the developing MCP ecosystem.

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with both product behavior data (Amplitude / Mixpanel) and marketing performance data (GA4 / GA4 360, HubSpot Analytics, Omni, Tableau), and able to utilize AI-native analytics tools (like LibreChat or similar) for natural language exploration.
