Director of AI-Enabled Product Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the release schedule and market entry timing for your product lines, encompassing everything from minor updates to new launches.

• Develop and maintain a dynamic and current product strategy.

• Conduct market sensing, competitive analysis, and customer research independently, utilizing AI tools to prototype and validate concepts.

• Participate actively in critical decision-making processes, including architecture and engineering trade-offs, customer discovery, and sales strategies.

• Initially promote the product personally during its early stages.

• Monitor customer adoption and value realization after the sale, focusing on post-sale success rather than just the initial sale.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure that go-to-market readiness is integrated into the release schedule.

• Comfortable operating in both AI-native and traditional development settings, possessing the discernment to select the appropriate approach for each customer.

• Proven experience in owning product strategy and go-to-market initiatives for a product line within a growth-stage company, preferably with direct involvement in sales.

• A history of delivering products on schedule and taking responsibility for your outcomes.
