Director of AI, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the AI and data strategy for Kashio.

• Develop a roadmap for smart products in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Operations.

• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Ensure governance, quality, and data privacy compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS).

• Lead the development of ML and generative AI models for scoring, reconciliation, payment prediction, and automation.

• Implement MLOps practices, experimentation, and monitoring of models in production.

• Ensure measurable impact of AI on operational efficiency, retention, and revenue.

• Build and lead Data Science, MLOps, and Data Engineering teams.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology to integrate AI into customer experience and business workflows.

• Maintain relationships with strategic partners, universities, and AI communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data science, applied AI, or advanced analytics.

• Experience leading technical teams in fintech or SaaS environments.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, MLOps, and modern data architectures.

• Strong knowledge of generative models, NLP, and deep learning.

• Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable architectures.

• Advanced English proficiency.
