This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Teach For All’s international strategy focused on the development of the teacher workforce.
• Establish a coalition comprising governments, multilateral organizations, philanthropic entities, researchers, and civil society.
• Propel policy frameworks and collaborative actions that enhance the teaching profession.
• Assist network partners in formulating strategies for government engagement.
• Aid partners in accessing public and multilateral funding opportunities.
• Fortify enabling policy environments and broaden opportunities for fellow placements.
• Ensure long-term organizational sustainability for network partners.
• Create and share learning materials, practical tools, and evidence-based insights.
• Position Teach For All as a premier global thought leader in teacher workforce development and systemic change.
• Work collaboratively with regional support teams and global learning teams to provide integrated support.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in government relations, development, public administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with or within public institutions, multilateral organizations, or other funding bodies.
• Essential experience in supporting or leading grassroots and locally driven organizations in formulating public sector engagement strategies in ASEAN.
• Outstanding relationship-building, facilitation, and coaching skills across diverse cultures.
• In-depth understanding of policymaking, development financing, and governmental frameworks, particularly in education and developing nations.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and adeptness at navigating intricate political and operational landscapes.
• Comfortable operating in a global, interconnected, and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred.
• Experience in international settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with fundraising or subgrant management processes is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents is advantageous but not essential.
• Must possess valid work and residency authorization in the hiring country at the time of application.
