This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducts front-line account management activities while leading the Account Management Department.
• Oversee communication with partners and clients, manage meetings, and facilitate onboarding and continuous engagement.
• Ensure account management operations comply with relevant regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standards of conduct.
• Evaluate the team's technical expertise and relationship management skills, providing training and coaching for ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance, pipeline activities, client needs, and expectations.
• Develop work schedules and coverage plans to maintain adequate staffing and responsiveness to partner and client requirements.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement or onboarding to ongoing account support and retention.
• Provide departmental updates through reports, discussions, and meetings with senior leadership.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• An Associate’s degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or a minimum of 2 years of account management and/or management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or management, with preference for individuals with direct experience in educational admissions.
• Exhibit the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all areas, including appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and guide staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, accept responsibility, and work within deadlines.
• Capability to lead and operate in an observational/coaching style environment.
• Creativity and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with a successful track record of collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers.
• Proficient in computer software, including Google Suite.
• Must have a proven record of integrity that ensures compliance with accrediting standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
