This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead a National Account team within a designated region, implementing and conveying business strategies to create new sales opportunities, boost sales and profitability, and facilitate contract negotiations.
• Supervise a team of National Account Managers to achieve profitable sales through National Accounts sales channels while mentoring individual team members in crafting strategic business plans and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage contract negotiations and mediation, while executing price management strategies and organizing marketing strategy sessions.
• Perform territory assessments and introduce new strategies to improve sales performance, enhance profitability, and uncover growth opportunities, integrating sales pipeline processes to streamline operations and support corporate initiatives.
• Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for effective communication, efficient account setup, and improved account success rates.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to promote sales and ensure a supportive framework for National Account agreements.
• Spot and communicate new sales opportunities and target more lucrative business while nurturing relationships with the organization's largest clients and local sales teams.
• Develop and mentor National Account Managers to optimize internal growth opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience managing a National Account territory.
• Over 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Varicent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
