This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the analytical strategy for the complete marketing funnel, encompassing activation and retention, which includes lead generation, omni-channel engagement, visit completion, re-engagement, reactivation campaigns, call center operations, and member lifecycle performance.
• Supervise product analytics related to onboarding, sign-up conversion, in-app engagement, first appointment completion, ongoing bookings, and the overall in-app member experience.
• Act as the executive-facing leader of member funnel and retention performance, articulating performance shifts and offering recommendations for priorities.
• Design and spearhead experimentation initiatives across marketing, product, and retention, covering test design, causal inference, readouts, intake, and StatSig implementation.
• Oversee and refine attribution frameworks, including scheduled episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership.
• Manage and enhance dbt data models spanning marketing, product, and retention, ensuring data quality, testing, documentation, and the establishment of a reliable semantic layer.
• Integrate context into the Omni semantic layer and BI environment to facilitate self-service for stakeholders and AI agents.
• Lead and mentor a small team through technical direction, work review, coaching, and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Over 12 years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation, with a demonstrable impact on growth, acquisition, or lifecycle results.
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with VP-level and higher stakeholders, as well as mentoring or leading data scientists or analysts.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference, including A/B, quasi-experimental, and geo-lift methods.
• Strong foundation in attribution modeling, covering scheduled episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
• Experience managing lifecycle analytics, preferably with platforms like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
• Practical experience in product analytics instrumentation, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and experimentation platforms such as Statsig, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• Significant production-level experience with dbt, including source and mart-layer modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design; having managed a dbt project from start to finish.
• Expertise in context engineering for BI and AI self-service, including defining semantic layers, metric descriptions, and data model documentation.
• Proven experience with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Hex AI Agent, Omni AI, or equivalent technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex models, test outcomes, and funnel diagnostics into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with call center analytics, marketplace business models, healthcare, Medicaid, or similarly regulated sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
