This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists Neurelis’ Medical Information department by spearheading the creation and upkeep of essential medical content.
• Delivers product and disease-state training to both internal teams and external vendors.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluates and sanctions medical materials to ensure they are scientifically sound and clinically pertinent through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) compliance process.
• Aids the Publication Response Team by offering scientific presentations and evidence-based replies to payors to bolster Market Access.
• Participates in cross-functional initiatives within Medical Affairs.
• Utilizes scientific knowledge to resolve escalated inquiries related to products and disease states.
• Produces quarterly internal newsletters.
• Keeps AMCP dossier updates current and provides scientific insights regarding the company’s products.
• Facilitates vendor training sessions and helps oversee the quality and operational performance of Medical Information.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP).
• Over 6 years of experience in the industry, predominantly within Medical Affairs.
• Proven experience as a Medical reviewer in the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process.
• Proficient understanding of Medical Information development and delivery, including the capability to assess information from diverse sources.
• Experience in conducting literature searches, evaluating academic literature, and applying drug information principles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, drug names/classes, and the clinical and pharmaceutical aspects of medicines.
